* These consist of a character banner, codename, affiliation, mutant ability**, and some details of appearance. Some may also include a possible character quote and notes on the character. Any player that applies for one will need to come up with a name, any details of apperance needed, and a character background.
 
** Given mutant ability can be added to/altered if the application is well written enough and a satisfactory reason is given.
